Drydene CompressALL SYN L/RC 68 Compressor Oil

SKU: D7214002 Categories: ,

Description

DRYDENE COMPRESSALL® SYN L/RC fluids are a proprietary blend of polyol ester (POE) base oils which provide thermal and oxidative stability in rotary compressor applications. This special formulation aids in reducing varnish formation at high operating temperatures as well as resistance to acidic intake air better than many polyaklylene glycol (PAG) coolants and other synthetic based products.

Features and Benefits

DRYDENE COMPRESSALL SYN A/RC synthetic compressor fluids deliver improved wear protection, fluid service life of up to 8,000 hours* and overall system efficiency in modern rotary compressor systems:, Extends fluid and component life which can long-term maintenance and operating costs, Superior thermal and oxidative stability helps reduce deposit, corrosion and varnish formation that can hinder proper compression, Ashless formulation reduces carbon formation and improves valve cleanliness in order to maintain optimum compression and efficiency, Promotes rapid air release and foaming reduction so compressed air availability is not compromised, PAO base oils reduce volatility and evaporative fluid loss as well as improve low temperature performance versus mineral-based fluids * In conjunction with fluid monitoring and max discharge temperature of 220°F, DRYDENE COMPRESSALL SYN L/RC fluids are formulated to provide up to 11,000 hours of service life in rotary screw compressors (under ideal operating conditions)., Extended drain intervals reduces oil disposal, Compatible with most compressor oils, Superior anti-wear protection, Improved operating safety with high flash point, Improved performance with wide temperature range, Excellent thermal and oxidative stability
