Monroe Waylube 68-VO
Description
Monroe Waylube 68-VO is formulated for lubricating the ways of various types of machine tools. It is blended from paraffin base stocks and has been compounded with additives to impart outstanding lubricity and extreme pressure properties. It exhibit the high film strength that allows a build-up of a heavy oil film to reduce wear and contribute to accurate system component positioning. The lubricant contains a tackifier that prevents fluid from draining away from lubricated surfaces and minimizes fluid extraction between heavily loaded ways. The tackiness may also reduce lubricant wash out by emulsifiable cutting fluids.Additional Information

| Features and Benefits | DRYDENE RELENTAC MTS fluids are formulated to virtually eliminate the gel formation which can occur with conventional way lubes when contaminated with metalworking fluids. They also provide high temperature and oxidation stability, excellent extreme pressure properties and superior friction control., Advanced additive chemistry promotes molecular bonding to create a protective shield that helps reduce friction and wear, Resilient tackifiers resist water washout and emulsification with water and coolants used in metalworking, Prevents stick slip and table chatter which can help extend equipment service life |
