Astro-Clean A is a low foam alkaline cleaner designed to remove process oils, gummy deposits of oil, grease, swarf and normal shop soils from machine tools, floors, and other hard surfaces. | Application Procedure | Twin Industrial Cleaner 212 may be used as is in the concentrated state, or diluted with water depending upon the type of contaminant present and application. The table below presents some general recommendations which may serve as a guide to the user., Light & Medium Duty Soil Removal: 1 – 2%, Heavy-Duty Greases, Oils and Build-Up: 3 – 4%, Soak Tank Cleaning: 4 – 5% Cleaning action is always enhanced by using warm or hot water. Note – Prolonged contact with skin may cause irritation to some individuals. Protective gloves should be worn if this condition exists. |
