| Applications | Ilocut 5770 is especially designed for general machining of high alloyed steel, stainless steel and difficult to machine alloys. It can also be used for broaching and gear manufacture; and for form grinding of stainless and tool steels. It is also suitable as a stamping and metal forming oil for steel and stainless steel. Ilocut 5770 does not contain active sulfur and is compatible with yellow metals. It is suitable for gear hobbing, gear shaping, and drilling. This product can also be used in form grinding, creep feed grinding as well as cut and form tapping. Variocut B 46 TC contains active sulfur and is not compatible with yellow metals.
