Castrol Rustilo™ DW 90 HF (previously called SafeCoat™ DW 90) is a no odor, oil-dispersed, water-displacing, fingerprint suppression corrosion preventive uniquely formulated to be compatible with synthetic tube mill products. This product deposits a thin, slight oily residual film, which is easily cleaned using an alkaline cleaner or vapor degreaser.Additional Information

These are valid for smooth surfaces with good drain-off characteristics and simple geometries without holes or recesses. Increased protection times could be achieved when treating finished surfaces or store the parts in a sealed pack. | Applications | Rustilo 4163 has been designed for use in conditions where a high degree of indoor humidity protection is required. The product is suited for applications where the metal has been exposed to water-containing machining and grinding coolants, cleaners, and water rinses. Further Rustilo 4163 is recommended for use when parts are manually inspected or packaged and wherever ease ofcleanability is desired. For best results, Rustilo 4163 should be applied by dip, flood or spray method., Rustilo 630 is for use as a short-term inter-operational protective or for the treatment of components before wrapping or as a temporary protection of ferrous bar, rod, and strip. The product is also suitable as a flushing oil for the internal protection of engines and machinery. Rustilo 630 is normally applied by immersion, brushing or spraying. |

| Storage and Handling | To avoid product deterioration always keep the container/drum tightly sealed. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Prevent exposure to frost and avoid water ingress. For optimum product stability, it is preferable to store the product indoors between 5°C and 45 °C / 41°F and 113°F. Influence of temperature may cause some cloudiness, which is reversible and doesn’t have an impact on product quality. |
